Lake Road Chapel is located in northeastern Missouri just outside the Kirksville city limits. The street address is 22963 Potter Trail.

From Highway 63 (Baltimore) in Kirksville, turn west onto Old Highway 6 (Potter Avenue) at the stop-light at the Wendy's restaurant. Drive approximately 1.6 miles, passing the Water Purification Facility on the north. Just after cresting the hill and passing the Lakeroad RV Park on the south, the brick Lake Road Chapel building will appear to the south. Turn south into the gravel driveway just past the sign.
